The Victorian Game Fishing Club is a family oriented fishing club with a vision to achieve an environment that will encourage present and future generations of anglers to value and appreciate the benefits of membership of a vibrant game fishing club.
The club was formed almost 40 years ago by a group of men who were keen to try there luck against pelagics that were strictly the domain of the professional angler. With basic equipment, ingenuity and determination they formed the great club we have today.
General meetings take place at the clubrooms, 186 Station St. Edithvale from 7:30pm on the 1st Wednesday of each month with the exception of January.
All are welcome.
For the February General meeting we are going to have a guest speaker come along to talk about the new camera-sunglasses. This will be an ideal opportunity for anglers to come along & have a look at the way they operate. We are hoping to organise for some people being able to trial the glasses at the BRP/Evinrude Victorian Gamefish Classic.

We have arranged another guest speaker to talk at the club on many different types of fishing along with camping & an off-road video. There will be footage, photos & stories. With a date to be fixed sometime in March or April on a Thursday night.
Do not forget about the Blue Water Classic Tournament being held at Bermagui SATURDAY 24th, Sunday 25th and Monday 26th January
The committee & myself would like to take this opportunity to wish you & your family all the very best for a safe & happy New Year.
